To sell your property it is necessary to present several updated documents.
- Owner identification documents
- Permanent building certificate
It can be requested through the website of the Land Registry Online (with a cost of 15 €) or in a conservatory (with a cost of 20 €).
This document is valid for 6 months. - Urban building book
It is issued by the tax authority and it is necessary to go to the tax office in the area where the property is located or download it online on the finance portal.
This document is valid for 1 year. - Property plan
It can be requested at the town hall in the area of the property. - Qualification of heirs (if the property is an inheritance)
- Use license or exemption from it (Except land)
It can be requested at the town hall in the area of the property. - Property technical sheet (except land)
- Energy Certificate (Except land)
Issued by the Agency for Energy (ADENE) technicians with a 10-year validity.
